PLAYER CODE OF CONDUCT
Player(s) must sign below that they will abide by the code of conduct.
- I will remember that my conduct on the field must always glorify our Lord, Jesus Christ.
- I will also remember that football is a game to be played for fun.
- I will never speak harshly or in anger to any player, coach, referee, or anyone else while participating in a HFL event.
- I will show good sportsmanship towards all players.
- I will not be prideful. I will never boast, brag, or taunt.
- I will respect all officials and their decisions.
- I will play in accordance to the HFL rules and guidelines.
- I will encourage, and never discourage, any player, regardless of their level of play.

PARENT/GUARDIAN CODE OF CONDUCT
Players' parents or guardian must sign below that they will abide by the code of conduct.
- I will remember that my conduct on the sideline must always glorify our Lord, Jesus Christ.
- I will be a Godly role model for my player and others.
- My guests and I will not engage in any kind of un-sportsmanlike behavior toward any official, coach, player, or other
parent. We will not taunt, "boo", argue, insult, or use impure speech.
- I will never speak harshly or in anger to any player, coach, referee, or anyone else while participating in a HFL event.
- Other than words of encouragement, I will refrain from yelling comments during games.
- I will respect the decisions of officials and teach my player to do the same. I understand that my example in this area is
very important.
- I understand the goal of the league and each team is to build confidence in our boys, not to win football games. I will
not make winning a first priority.
- I will never ridicule a player, including my player, for mistakes made on the football field.
- I will address any problems pertaining to coaching, administration, or officiating with the proper league authority and
refrain from making comments that cause dissention in the league.
I understand that violation of any part of this code will result in disciplinary action up to and including removal from the league
and it programs. In the event, that a player is removed from the league for violation of theses agreed to policies, I
understand that no fees or uniform costs will be refunded.
